Features

  • Friendly control interface:
    • The friendly control interface and intuitive input design means the quality control staff only need to input each testing result to save the data in the database. They do not need to input other information (e.g. batch number, material machine, product, department, etc.) It reduces unnecessary manual inputs and increases overall efficiency and success rate.

  • Diverse visualized charts:
    • The rich, diverse control charts can satisfy different applications in different industries and production methods. These include: Xbar chart, Xbar-R chart, X chart, P-chart, NP-chart, C-chart, U-chart, etc. Users can configure SPC charts flexibly according to different quality monitoring and analysis purposes to adhere to the needs of different departments and analysis angles. It can also display multiple control charts to develop an understanding of all control statuses. It provides the best data visualization. It uses different colors to provide intuitive error monitoring. When the mouse cursor hovers over the data point, it will display dynamic, real time information.

  • Flexible control boundaries:
    • Besides ±3 standard deviations, it also includes 7 consecutive point increases or decreases and 7 consecutive points above or below the boundary. The control boundaries can also be customized depending on client needs.

  • Quality testing analysis:
    • The friendly control interface and intuitive input design means the quality control staff only need to input each testing result to save the data in the database. They do not need to input other information (e.g. batch number, material machine, product, department, etc.) It reduces unnecessary manual inputs and increases overall efficiency and success rate.

  • Professional statistical production analysis:
    • Different statistical analysis markers are paired with the original data, these include: Mean, maximum, minimum, range, std, ca, cp, cpk, etc. These values are used to produce statistical analysis charts for production capabilities. It can also use bar graphs, pareto analysis, trend graphs, scatter graphs, pie charts, etc, to analyze the completion rate and production stability of each product.

  • Unrestricted online control:
    • iPASP SPC is not restricted by time and space through authorized online control. Users can gather information and analyze the data in real time throughout the plant.

  • Testing report generation:
    • The system can automatically generate product testing reports, Certificate of Analysis (COA),  using different testing data. Testing staff can select the specific batch number to generate the COA chart. Staff do not need to copy or generate a report on their own. Besides reducing data errors and making report archiving easier, the system makes it easier and more efficient to send the reports to clients.

  • Automated alarm mechanism:
    • With different control guidelines and flexible control boundaries, when an error exceeding the boundaries occurs, the data and control graph will change color and send warnings to the related staff through Email. The system can send the information to related staff and managers on specific times or set days, weeks, or months.

  • Multi-screen interface platform:
    • iPASP SPC does not limit you to one computer or laptop. With complete authorization security, users can access the system through smartphones, iPads, and other mobile devices. It does not limit the users in anyway, allowing them to control and monitor the system from different platforms.

  • View the entire plant on the combined dashboard:
    • It can help you view the status of your plant quality control in its entirety. The simple image color changes can help identify products with errors quickly. When the cursor is moved over the image, it will display all the information of the product. Furthermore, it can provide all the information of the production line, including date, product, batch number, machine, staff, testing value, UCL, LCL, and other data.

    Analysis method

    Nine major control graphs

    By using the nine major control graph with different testing guidelines, the system can perform quality monitoring and analysis on production, products, and materials.


    Rate production capability level

    Analyze the stability of production using the calculated mean, std, Cpk, Ca, Cp, and PPM.


    OCAP

    Use 5M1E to analyze causes to implement quality correction plan (Out of Control Action Plan, OCAP) to ensure quality adheres to the guidelines.
